Okay, so I want to try this out and see how it goes. There are so many fantastic Mortal Instrument fanfictions and I think it would be great if we could hold a fanfiction award ceremony-thingy. I’m going to put the deadline for nominations at March.3, but it we don’t have enough then, I’ll extend it another month or so to see how it goes. Alternatively, if you guys go crazy and submit tons of nominations, I’ll re-set the deadline earlier.

NOTE: I have two judges so far. The more the merrier, but I only need, like, four- tops. Please make sure that you have alot of time on your hands before volunteering to be a judge because you're going to have to read every fic that is nomed. JSYK.

Here are the rules:

1)When you submit a nomination, Please use the format below. You don’t need to include the whole list, just the categories you’re nominating something for. Please include the title and the name of the author. Links are appreciated, but not necessary.

2)You are allowed to nominate yourself for something, but only if you genuinely feel that it is the best one in that category.

3)You may nominate more than one fic for each category.

4)Please read through the rest of the nominations to make sure that someone hasn’t already nominated.

5)You may nominate the same fic for more than one category.

6)If a fic is “[character]-centric” that means that it revolves around that specific character. It can include a pairing and can be a one shot or a multi-chap.

7)The “best reviewer” award is for the person who not only reviews many of the fics in this fandom, but gives good, constructive reviews.

ok this is my last questions about the nominations. Does the fic have to be complete? I kno it's a stupid question, but I just read this really good one called Home by ShutYourEyes, but its not complete.
