((A'ight, here's the next roleplay. I predict... Xeverus-san will open this one! Ding... XD))

Xeverus D. Miller was sitting on the seat adjacent Roy Mustang, His head was low and was smoking a cigarette. So this is it eh? He thought before puffing a smoke from his mouth We'd either go home as Proud Heroes...... or Cold Murderers.

Roy Mustang was sitting next to Xeverus Miller in a Jepp on their way to Ishbal. He didn't like the feel of it, they were sent in to finish the job and told not to be merciful. Kill them all: men, women, and children. They were told to follow all orders no matter how brutal. Everything- just do it, no questions.

He sighed. I can't see this ending well for anyone, but we're sent out, we're sent out...

"Are you having second thoughts now Roy?" Xeverus asked Mustang as he took the cigarette from his mouth "This isn't target practice anymore, Human beings are the one's that will cross our sight" He readjusted his glasses from there

Xeverus chuckled briefly "yeah.... but don't expect to have the same eyes that you have after going through all of this"

"I don't," stated Roy leaning back in the seat. "Neither should you... any idea how long this ride is?"

"Probably not long enough for us to make up before it all starts" He said to Roy.

"We're supposed to finish it remember?" said Roy with a smile.

"No.... not the war..... The senseless killing" Xeverus cleared himself "the Ishbalan leaders already surrendered at central... but the Fuhrer still approved his extermination....."

"Men, women, and children, right?" stated Roy looking at the ground they were passing by.

"'Show no mercy,'" he quoted the Feuhrer's words here.

"Heh... Blast" Xeverus took his cigarette butt and threw it away. Minutes later, the jeep stopped and all of the soldiers got off.

Lined up, Roy was standing at attention listening to the General yell at them the sames things the Feuhrer had already told them.

"The only thing I could hear is 'kill everyone that are ishbalans'" Xeverus whispered as he stretched out his automail arm.

"That's all he's repeating," Roy whispered back, looking as if he was sincerely paying attention to every word- but he wasn't.

Xeverus sighed and waited for the general to finish

Roy did the same, minus the sigh.

in order to pass time, Xeverus decided to readjust his gloves and check of his stickers were in place and easy to take. he also took the liberty of checking his cigars.

The General finished the pep-talk with, "Are you ready?"

A chorus of, 'Yes, sir''s could be heard.

Xeverus just readjusted his glasses again instead of saying yes or yes sir since it would seem like he was answering the question 'are you ready to kill innocent people?"

Roy kept his mouth shut as well, the questioned seemed rhetorical to him- it didn't matter if they were ready. They were going anyways... a 'No, sir' would probably get you killed or arrested anyways...

Xeverus went to the gunsman who handed him a seemingly new M1 garand, he smirked at this and strapped it on his back. What he cared for was a Semi-automatic Handgun which will be his last resort if his Static gloves gets destroyed or wet.

Rpy was behind him and got the same thing. Strapping it on, he was nervous, but was careful not to let it show. He preffered his gloves anyways... but it's good to have back-up if it fails, correct? Water is an enemy...

"relax" Said Xeverus "I got you covered anyways" He showed Mustang his zippo lighters strapped to his belt and a metllic match box was on his side. There was also a Black Detective notebook in the belt and it was obviously homemade

Roy smiled slightly. "I'd say I've got you covered... but... well, I don't. I'll watch your back, ok?"

Xeverus nodded "as long as it's my right arm that's hit, fine with me"

Roy nodded slightly. Glancing around him, he saw only a few people he recognized- not by name, but by nickname.

"Did you have enough girlfriends already?" Xeverus asked as he saw Roy looking around.

Roy smirked slightly. "You can't have enough girlfriends, Xeverus."

Xeverus smirked "I just don't get it, What in Kira's name would you get with these.... intimate relationships?" He asked but loaded his gun as he did.

Roy shrugged. "You should try it sometime." He was loading his gun as well, it looked as if they were going to fight soon. Several soldiers looked thrilled to be on the battlefield...

Xeverus frowned "Bastards, Their thinking of it as a hobby.... I swear I'll write down their names" He then headed off, waiting for the 'execution orders'

Roy sighed, it seemed to him Xeverus didn't get it. They do what the military says when they say it. That's it, no loophole, that's the deal.

That's it.

"Hey Roy" Said Xeverus "if you were to choose your own death..... how would you like to die?" He asked.

Roy raised an eyebrow. "What kind of question is that?"

Xeverus shrugged "See what I mean?" he said "Girlfriends are forbidden with my kind of thinking"

Roy smirked slightly and shook his head. "I guess it wouldn't matter how I died, but I'd rather it be fast. You?"

"In a showdown" He said to Roy quite coolly,

Roy nodded slightly. "I suppose that-"

"Alright! Move out!" shouted the General above everyone's talking- interrupting Roy, who didn't bother to continue the thought.

"Also I'd like it to be in an opera house or something related to that" He said before moving out

Roy gave a 'why not?' look to Xeverus and moved out as well.

"Attention!" shouted the General. Roy looked up at him. The General repeated what he said before.

How many times is he going to pound this into our heads?

The man next to him looked particularly pleased by the lack of mercy ordered. Roy avoided eye-contact- he thought this may be the Crimson Alchemist, but he was unsure.

Xeverus rolled his eyes at the general. He said move out now he wants us to stop? Kira Help me on this!

Luckily, the General didn't notice.

They were now on the move again.

Xeverus rolled his eyes again before moving out.

"Did they ever say how long we're marching for?" asked Roy none to eager to get to the actual battle.

"Beleive me Roy, I haven't the slightest" He Answered.

Roy shrugged and paced forth.

"Sakujo" Said Xeverus as he snapped his fingers then a large bolt of lightning incinerated a group of Ishbalan uprisers. If one would look closely, Xeverus' eyes already changed.

It had been twenty minutes since they arrived.

Snap! There went another couple of Ishbalans- hm, those few were two women and two children, and one man. Roy stopped feeling emotional pain and guilt after the first three times. After that... it didn't really matter anymore.

Burning flesh smelled wierd- his eyes changed as well.

Xeverus was frying almost everyone he could see fortunately he was stil on his senses just to kill Ishbalans and not his comrades. "Sakujo, Sakujo, Sakujo, Sakujo, Sakujo-" He kept on sayig those words as if it were some protective mantra although his voice was filled with the anger of himself doing these actions "Sakujo Sakujo Sakujo SAKUJOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" There wasn't a storm in ishbal but Lightning kept on appearing out of nowhere
