One day I came across one of those 'Hey look everyone's gay and they all end up together' stories which suck, but are still strangely satisfying. The story included puzzleshipping. After a break from the YGO fandom, I came across YGO TAS again- and that led to the manga- which led to squeeing and 'OMIGOD IT'S CANON LOL OMG!!!!111!!' ....Which it totally is, by the way. In my brain. I reject your reality. 4] Do you mainly write or read fanfics? Both? This is where I suck. I have been on this site under various pennames for quite a while, writing galore, but I have (slowly but surely) raised my self-standard to 'humanly impossible'. For serious. But, reading? READ IT READ IT READ IT!!!!! Moohoo~ 5] Would you have ended the anime like Takahashi did? (No? How would you change it?) Well, if I owned this thing... It wouldn't be pretty. My rabid shounen-ai-freakishness would have made me do something stupid. However, I do believe that his version was much more poetic. 6] Do you have any other favorite pairings in this fandom aside from YnY/Atem x Yuugi? Ohohohoho. Guess the code names! 1) Silver for short, my username's a mouthful. :)

2) I'm a 30-odd year old fangirl of anime in general and YGO in specific. I found your forum after I got asked to do an interview. I read, write and otherwise consume vast quantities of anime.

3) Puzzleshipping... my first love. :) I've been one for at least five years I guess. Mainly because I didn't think that Yuugi or Yami belonged with anyone except each other.

4) I read and write fanfics both, though I kind of fell out of writing for a while there. I'm starting up again though :)

5) Honestly I wouldn't have ended it like that. I think Yuugi should have had a way to bring Yami back lol. I cried the first time I saw the final duel.

6) I'm a dyed in wool Puppyshipper, but I also enjoy Prideshipping, any of the yami/hikari pairings and Maskshipping (Seto/Bakura/Jou).

7) One of my hobbies is psychoanalyzing characters in the anime/manga so I can write them better. And just for kicks. ~.^

Well this is obviously long overdo, but here goes.

As most of you already know I'm s2Teennovelist, but you can all me Teenie,Lauren, or Laurie, I'm cool with aything cept Laura (EVERYONE messedmy name up and called me that when i was youner and now its like my ultimate pet peeve)

Anyway,and little background infor on Me i'm a 19-year-old collage student who's loved reading writing and makeing storiesand stuff since i was eight and as for what the heck I'm doing here well i have my friend Solmy aka Solemn Raindropsto thankfor that. Back when i was obsessed with Dragon Knights I found a story here that i loved and read, and evntually i found a yugioh page here when i was 13, i was a tad iffy until I found Solmy'sstory Twilight of Egypt and Ebeas' You need me and I need you. Since then i started coming on here for my fav stuff and i don;t now how i fell in lvoewith Yugioh all voer again and nowthis sight is a major part of mylife, andfit changed me a lot too. Thank to this i got out of my shell and learned not only what sex is, but about yoai, homosexuality in generaland of course i met a ton of amazing people.

I've been a part of this sight for about 6 years but i've only been an actualmember about 7months. I've been obsessed with Yugioh since it camer out, thought uits been on and off and I think i've been a puzzleshipper since i was 13 cuz i could just see the pairing and even before i learned what Yaoi was i could never see Yami or Yugi with anyone else on the show(you should;ve seenmy shock when i learned it was a manga first XD) I think what convinced me i was a puzzleshipper is when I read Twilights of Egypt,found out what a lemon was from that and anothet story by my Friend Moondalian called Don;t let Go, and instead of being offended, I found myself not only liking it, but like realliyliking it.I think that's how i became obsessed with lemons. That and I'm a hopelessromantic too.

As i said i've been an active member of this sight for six years so i've read a plathora of fantastic stories and as you all know I'm notshy about reviewing and spek my mind. I'malso an actice writet on this sight too. To be honest I started writing fanfics to get over writers blockand so mysk8ills would falter, but I love coming up with ideas or finding stufff and replacing them with yugioh characters. Fanficsare just so much fun and they're a blast to write.

I adbaolutly idolize Takahashi, and tothis day i stuill cry whenever i read the end of the manga (the anime was good toobut i felt they sucked all the emotionout of it until the very end) to be honest i was alright with the end, because even thought Yamiwent to the afterlife the way Takahahshi did the ending:itleft it open for ANYTHING to happen, which lets be honest ladiesand gents, is how a ton of fanfics here started. though to be honest I'd have Yami be given a second chance to live on earth since he died young as a reward for saving the world, have Seto create an identity for him,have him move in with Yugi and Grandpa, and have them all starting their next adventure (and of ourse Yami and Yugi kissing justas it ends. heehee) Hopeless romantic remember?

Asd far as other pairings Puzzleshipping (or blindhipping) will be my ALL time FAV no matter what, but Prdieshipping for me is a close second sine i can seeYami and seto together since they but heads quiteoften and Yamiois the only one who can match Seto blos forbloe. i also love Mobiumshipping, Yaminsu and Esmea's Serpentine Illumination, have alsomade Monarchshipping grow on me.

I also love the YamixHikaripairis: Solmy's two newest stories Mentality is overrated and Usagi in the Rain are ressurecting my faith in tendershipping and Let's face it, there's no way MAlik and MArik are gionna ened upwith anyone else. I also lvoe Puppyshipping,thought there haven't been many lately (ceo by friend S.A.M Dragongirls who doesa fantasic job wiht somepuppyshiping one shots. I also like Joey xMai and Tea/SerenityxDuke/Tristan. I'm pretty much okay with anything as long as i can see it happening. If there's no chemistry in either the anime or the manga to back it up then I'm not gonn bother whioch is why i CANNOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES supportor even bring myself tolook at YamixTea without feeling nauseaded. No offense to Teafans, don;t get me wrong, i don't hate her, but i like it better when she'sa 3-d character. To me, Takahashi basically made her a sterotyupical girl in a guy's manga, but that's just me.

Anything erlse about me: I'm a sweetheart, really i am,. I'm extrmely tolerantand open-minded and i'm very free-thinking and understanding.I'm a very sentimatal and emotionalperosn who werar her heart on her sleeve and sometimes needsto vent, but i'malsoa shoulder to cryon and I'm always there for my friends or when people need me. I sometimes tend to come on a little strong with my opinions, but don't be frightened,I totally respoect that everyone is entitoledto their own opinionm and make no effortto change the, i just give my ideas and if you agree with themthat'sfine,if not that's fine too.

Seriously though, I'm a really nicegirl and a sweet person, and i don't bite,. Ilove meeting people who share my interest, and ya only need to do one thing to get on my good side: Be your self.
