Yet another challenge! For this one however, the key bit of the challenge is that ALL characters must remain in character. As in character as is humanly possible. Like, this is the main focus of the challenge. They must be in character. Even if your confession is more in the 'of sorts' section, as long as they're in character, you've won.

Now, for the challenge:

It is for any pairing you'd like, including ones that don't actually exist if that's the way you roll. Any pairing within the Tsubasa slash holic world, so if you want to write DouWata that's fine with me, but be sure to announce it on this thread, seeing as I rarely check the holic threads. The way we'll be able to tell if your story is part of this challenge is the title: it must be 'A Confession of Sorts.' and yes, that does mean there'll be more than one story with the title, but you should be known for your story and not the title.

Now, this particular challenge- it's not specifically for a normal, one shot story. That's the thing- you can do anything. It can be AU, it can be futuristic, it can be a drabble, it can be a song fic. It can be a multichaptered thing if you want to, though I doubt anyone will do a multichaptered fic for a challenge. However, in your fic, the word 'love' is not aloud to be mentioned. In fact, every time a person completes this challenge, their way on confessing is banned. That means that if you have Sakura say to Syaoran "You're my most precious person." no one else is aloud to use that line, or any mixed up version of that line, and the setting is now owned by the person who first used it. That doesn't mean that if Sakura confesses in Clow you're not aloud to have them be in Clow, though. It means that if Sakura confesses while standing on a ship full of Mexican hat dancers, no one else is aloud to have Sakura confess on any kind of ship or in the vacinity of Mexican hat dancers. And it doesn't matter if the pairings differ, Kurogane's not aloud to confess one a ship by saying "you're my most precious person" in the vacinity of Mexican hat dancers either. He'll just have to say something like "I care for you." while on a plane in an AU world in which everyone goes to camp.

Once confessions and settings have been claimed, that person must come to this forum and do a post with the link to their fic, and under that the words they have claimed to have the characters confess, the setting they used, and the circumstances. Please note that circumstances can only be claimed in they're immediate- for instance, you can claim 'just getting back from a battle' but you can not claim 'Fai survived and is currently residing in Nihon.'

So yeah. There we goes. :-) The first wins the best. And remember, it can be a drabble if you want. It would probably make more sense to have a normal one shot though.
