((Okay. I'm pretty sure this is number eleven. If it isn't, then I'm sorry. Okay, so, Suna's in a little trouble and needs some help fighting off the Mist Village. Let's get this thing cracking! xD))

Motaki felt her brow twitch, and she heard Kairi sigh quietly.

"Okay. So you want us to team up with some other rookies and help Sunagakure fight off some baddies, is that right?" Karin asked Tsunade. The woman held back a sigh and nodded.

"In a nutshell, yes."

Karin grinned. "Coolio. So. Where are the others, again?"

Kairi resisted the urge to roll her eyes. "Hopefully on their way so we can get going before Motaki breaks something.." she muttered under her breath. Hmm.. I wonder if Nakaa's coming.. that would make things quite interesting..

Umi quietly entered the hokage's office, Chishio traling behind

Tsunade raised a brow to glance at Motaki, then looked up at Umi and Chishio. She smiled slightly.

"Ah. How kind of you to join us," she said. She held back a smirk when Motaki crossed her arms and began muttering unintelligably under her breath, obviously seething with well-controlled fury.

"A-are we-we la-late?" Umi fiddledwith her braid.

Karin shook her head. "No, we're still waiting to see if anyone else is going to join us," she said lightly. She smirked when Motaki flopped to a cross-legged position and continued muttering under her breath. If the Uchiha's eyes weren't covered with her mask of black fabric her glares probably would've burned something.

I walked in quietly, my motions undetected and after a few moments of silence I shrugged and said, "So, Tsunade, whats the mission? I heard from Essha Nakaa recently and he said that he is on his way here."

Tsunade smiled slightly. "Excellent. Glad you could join us."

She crossed her arms as she leaned back in her chair. "Sunagakure no Sato has sent word to us that they are having slight difficulties with the Hidden Mist Village. They've requested that we give them aide," she explained simply.

"Got it," I replied, and upon doing so Nakaa barged in.

"I'm here," he muttered as he leaned over to catch his breath.

"What did I miss?"

Just then a young messenger Shinobi arrived and said, "My lady, the Sand reports that difficulties have increased. They seem to have gained the use of a strange Jutsu that manipulates elements. He is...urkh!" The youth reached behind him and felt a strange paper charm emerge from his back. The young ninja then suddenly exploded in a terrible display of the charm user's power. The charm floated down and, written on it was,

come and get me, Hidden Leaf Village.

the note burned into nothingness as well.

Chishio sighed, "i wonder if their gunna use them..?"

"Use what?"

"Human weapons. they are like us shinobi except they have no free will whenthey are activated. i remember Cloud sending us to mist, probablypreperation for this war..." Chishio replied eyes glazed over.

Shit. Hikari thought and nodded in agreement.

"if they didn't make more, then it should still just be Daikirai, Teruhi, and Aoi....." Umi said the seriousness of the convorsation eliminating her stutter for the moment.

I eyed the others in the room with a sigh. This war has begun, I thought, knowing that I would be prepared this time.

"And since they have Daikirai we wont have any chance of a sneak attack.....he probably already knows we are discussing this subject nothing escapes him when he uses his Gekkei Kenkkai" Chishio sighed brushing his hair back with his fingers

"Maybe there is a way around his Kekkei Genkai." she said and closed her eyes.

"No there isn't. The scientists who gave us these Kekkei Genkai made sure there was no way around them." Chishio mutterred

"Damn," she cussed under her breath and sighed. after a little bit Hikari opened her eyes and twirled a kunai in her hand, somewhat a think pose. "THen we need to gather as much information as possible."

I chuckled darkly, my hair covering the piercing orbs that were my eyes.

"The kekkei genkai can be beaten, I'm sure of that. Knowing what I possess, I am positive that it will be enough," I responded, crossing my arms and turning my face away.

Kairi sighed quietly, rubbing the heel of her leather boot over the ashes that remained of the note. "We're not going to do anything stupid until we know the consequences." She glanced at Tsunade, who nodded to her, and she glanced at Motaki.

The Rogue pushed off of the wall she was leaning against, her arms still crossed. She watched them through the mask of black fabric that covered her eyes. She stood with subtle authority, even though she barely reached Narricissa's shoulder in height.

"Okay. We're leaving, now. If you have something you need, get it quick. A few laws I'm laying down: If you can't keep up, don't bother coming. Obey all orders. Get killed on your own time. And don't get in the way. Karin and I are your commanders, and if you cross us we'll leave you behind or I'll slit your throat myself. Got it?" She didn't wait for an answer before smirking, "Good. Let's go." She nodded to Tsunade, who nodded back, and trotted soundlessly out the door. Karin and Kairi bowed to the Hokage before following after her, not even glancing at the others to see if they were following.

Umi and Chishio followed silently

Hikari nodded towards the Hokage and followed after the other.

((She gets that a lot. xD ))

Kairi glanced back over her shoulder as they reached the village gates. Motaki slid her hands into her pockets.

"Perhaps we should give five minutes for the slow ones to catch up," she murmured. Kairi and Karin nodded mutely, shifting into relaxed poses.

Umi and Chishio appeeared silently both having left quickly to grab a few things

Motaki crossed her arms.

I swear if the others don't hurry their hides up I'll leave them here..

Karin smirked, as if she had read her old comrade's thoughts. "What? In a hurry?"

Motaki snorted. "Yeah. Definitely. A whole.. what is it now? Sixty million ryo's worth of a hurry, yeah."

Karin chuckled quietly, but silenced when Kairi elbowed her sharply in the ribs.

Wonder where the others are...they are probably skipping and then come back when we are done. Hikari sighed and sat on the ground, waiting for their departure.

"So, what's taking you guys so long?" I asked darkly, appearing around a tree and casually running a hand through my hair.

I chuckled, gazing over Motaki's head at the others who followed.

"You can't get rid of me that easy."

Nakaa walked out from behind me, flipping his double edged blades around in his hands.

"Sorry, about that, it was just a little tempting to beat you here."

"You failed epically, Narricissa," Karin said bluntly, twirling a blade by its chain, around and around in lazy circles. None of the three seemed phased by Narricissa and Nakaa's sudden appearance.

I rolled my eyes.

"Sure, whatever you say," I replied sarcastically, running a hand through my hair. I was in a bad mood today, and I was not planning to let this mood stir Norainubuchai.

Nakaa shrugged, slipping his blades into their hidden pocket. He did not say a word, he just tugged at the Sanzaku choker that hung around his thick neck.

Motaki tapped the radio that was in her ear and sighed quietly. "Affirmative. We're on our way. Out." She glanced sharply at the others.

"We're leaving. Now." She turned and jumped off, Kairi and Karin easily matching her fast pace. They could see the world blurring into smears of colors as they kept an even pace along the ground, their breathing not even speeding up.

I moved just as quickly, my feet barely touching the ground, leaving no trace that I was there.

Nakaa forged his own path, moving around with the skill of a highly trained Sanzaku. He was lost in his own thoughts, keeping to himself and not bothering to talk to Kairi.

That was when a series of red blasts hit the ground in front of them, creating a massive shockwave. A nearby lake bubbled as ten black tentacles reached out of it. Rather than suckers, there were a long series of eyes along the tentacles. Slowly, a large, armored humanoid creature rose from the water. It seemed to be armored in an exaggerated version of the human skeleton. Its skin appeared to be jet black with eyes flowing through it.

Hikari jumped back just in time to dodge the red blast. she pulled out her sword out and looked towards the big beast thing in the lake. she bit her lip to drawl blood from it- getting ready for a special attack.

The creature grew a third eye at the center of its forehead and it then rushed at Hikari, a large sword with several runes on it growing out from its wrist. It fired at the others with the eyes on the tentacles.

(is that a creature from naruto or a made up one?)

Hikari jumped from tree to tree, gaining speed as she finished off handsigns. Her appearance began to change: bloodred eyes, long nails and teeth, blue and red hair, and blue symbols appeared on her skin. The young Uchiha moved her hand over her sword and it broke off into two swords as she teliported onto the monster's sword. Hikari ran up it as she dragged her swords into it.

We really don't have time for this..

Motaki nodded cooly to Karin and the two of them jumped at the creature. Motaki easily severed the head from the main skeletal portion with her ravagers while Karin proceeded to dismember the tentacles, none of either girls' moves tracable. Kairi continued to fire at the creature with her longbow, drawing back another arrow.

"Light," she murmured. She released it and the black-shafted projectile was consumed in a blindingly white aura, piercing the creature's chest.

She appeared on the ground when the creature looked died and changed back to normal forum.

The creature pulled out the spear, and fired red beams madly in all directions. If one looked at it, one would see it had barely pierced through the frontal armor. It slowly began regenerating its wound. None of the girls attacks had actually done any damage, its head was still on, and the tentacles had regenerated almost instantly. It then reached out with its arms, and crushed both attacker's dominant arms, and then threw them into the lake. It then grabbed Motaki with one tentacle and furiously smashed her into the ground head first.

(meet Keres. He doesn't go down so easily. He will also be your first ever antagonist who does NOT get killed in three posts. Keres is a menace. Treat him as such.)

Keres' tentacles all flew around it and guarded it, but were pierced many times. It opened the tentacles and let the weapons fall out. It then rushed at Hikari, readying its swords for more direct combat. It slashed at Hikari several times.

Motaki's shadow clone vanished as it slammed into the ground. The Rogue slid from the shadows, obviously irritated. She charged her fist full of raiton and jumped at Keres, slamming the electricity into his skull and shooting it through his body until his insides were incinerated.

Kairi growled softly and focused energy into another arrow. She murmured a spell in Elvish and it exploded with fire when she released it, slamming it through all of the layers of Keres' armor.
