Topic: Mumyo Jinpu Ryu Ougi compared to other kenjutsu in anime
hi all

just wanted to ask about the school kyo uses, like when he uses the advanced techniques like Seiryu also what they look like and when they are used in the manga or anime please.

as i would like to look at what the action is like instead of reading it off wiki.

Kouryu what that looks like drawn of animated please.

but another question if you were to compare Mumyo Jinpu Ryu Ougi to two other schools the Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryū and Shinmei-ryū could be considered in some strange way distant branch schools.

as one focus on the physical side like the speed Hiten Mitsurugi-Ryu, while the other school focus on the ki attacks more in Shinmei-ryu.

its just a thought that both seem to focus on one aspect or the other while keeing the middle ground which i mean as being the swordsman-ship or should that be swordswoman.

if you were to use a make a story using these three you could see in some way how similar these two schools are if combined to look like the Mumyo but not as great.

my thought on this was along the lines of without proper training that is given in the mibu clan, faults in trying to recreate the school kyo uses and other mibu would cause really bad problems to those trying.

which would cause them to focus on half of the school, like the speed and agility along with strength as kenshin school needs you to be high in muscles as shown by his master while kenshin doesn't and will suffer for it later.

while the other focused on the ki aspect of creating attacks either projecting from the blade in certain forms or coating the blade, as time pasted they went onto focus on exorcising and demon slaying while keeping the ability to fight normal martial artists and swords users.

yeah i know it's a long winded rant or such on two different schools and anime but i always thought after watching a little bit and reading up on both that kenshin and love hina swords styles could be branch schools of the the mibu sword style.

that and who would win between someone using the mibu school against either the gods cry school, the style kenshin uses or if combining those two schools how powerful would the user be.

by that i mean on the last kenshin and gods cry school combined as both are focused one opposite things one the physical the other ki.

thought the gods cry school does have more attacks but compared to the mibu school which attacks are meant to kill one or many people and most likely humans and not demons.

yeah i know kenshins school does use some ki attacks one ore two but they aren't allot of them compared to the other two.

so anyone that can help with the first part and what anyone thinks about the rest?

Gelionlegends
thanks kss

though what would be helpful is if anyone knows in which chapters any and all the techniques that are part of the school are used as i tried the anime, and it doesn't show anything above the phoenix technique being used so how do we know what the other techniques are and what they look like.
