I've read up to book 23, and nothing seems to stick out for Saizo... everyone else has a usable pet name, even Kyo, but not Saizo.

Um... my favorite character would be... AKIRA! I have no idea1 I just think he's hot.... drools in private corner. Oh, and Shinrei is pretty hot too. Actually, I like all the guys (except for Kyo; don't know why) when they start getting that killing look in their eyes; they look sooooo frickin' hot!

Saisei: She can hold her own in a fight and wields a naginata(those things are just awesome.) I also really like the concept of her being tomoe gozen and dead before being ressurrected by the mibu. Its really tragic, as tomoe gozen died on the battle field protecting her husband (or fled to become a nun on her husbands orders) only to be awoken and treated like dirt in the new world. How humilating would that be for a female samurai?

Shatora was pretty cool(sasuke's former friend) the whole walnut thing was kinda wierd though.

I'm surprised that no ones gone on about Shindara.
