Megalink1126Your turn on the battle thread AP. |
Blue BongoHeh, I'm finally on for the start of a new thread. What are the odds. Although I don't have an opinion on Twilight either way, I do think they need to bring back Angel to restablish that vampires can be awesome. | #10 Dec 11th 2009, 1:35pm
KK the ProphetContinuing from the last thread, there are way better magic/wizard stories out there. Mainly the stuff in the "King Arthur" stories. | #11 Dec 11th 2009, 1:36pm

.blakefaceAnyway, Blue: Team Galactic, because of the similarities to the charismatic leader gaining crowds of slavishly devoted followers to his new vision of how the world should work. Team Rocket has been shown to operate like a mafia, which can't be compared to Hitler's Reich. | #13 Dec 11th 2009, 1:36pm

.blakefaceContinuing from the last thread, there are way better magic/wizard stories out there. Mainly the stuff in the "King Arthur" stories. No one said there wasn't, but sheesh, man, you just went of your way to compare HP to Twilight. I mean, at least the Harry Potter series is written well. | #21 Dec 11th 2009, 1:38pm

Rocky373Team Galactic Wins. charismatic leader Cyrus. slavishly devoted followers Tex. Team Rocket Sucks-- Hitler's Reich. ^that thing, whatever it is. It sounds dirty at the least. | #22 Dec 11th 2009, 1:38pm

AronTeam Rocket has been shown to operate like a mafia, which can't be compared to Hitler's Reich. Might have something to do with the "Don" being called Giovanni and not Adolf, haha. | #23 Dec 11th 2009, 1:38pm
.blakeface@ Blake. Good argument. Point taken. :) Glad I could help. | #24 Dec 11th 2009, 1:39pm

.blakefaceslavishly devoted followers Tex. Fuckyeah! I'm going to make a Team Galactic handsign and it's gonna rule. Might have something to do with the "Don" being called Giovanni and not Adolf, haha. Might have something to do with the fact that Giovanni's just a dirtbag and Cyrus is a visionary. ;D | #27 Dec 11th 2009, 1:40pm

KK the ProphetDo you live on YouTube or something? No. | #28 Dec 11th 2009, 1:41pm

Blue BongoIt's not a common name, is it. Adolf, that is. Although there was a thing in england where a couple named their KID Something Adolf Hitler Something. I can't remember the exact details, but they got kicked out of a bakery because they wanted the full name on the birthday cake and the establishment wouldn't do it. | #30 Dec 11th 2009, 1:41pm . .blakeface...did you see what I was talking about with the Diabeetus, Rocky, or you just chose to ignore the joke? | #34 Dec 11th 2009, 1:43pm

Blue BongoNow, I just need to find an area of Sinnoh that remotely resembles Egypt. Unless, I send it over to Orre. Personally, I think Orre is the Pokemon version of Australia. | #35 Dec 11th 2009, 1:43pm

Rocky373...did you see what I was talking about with the Diabeetus, Rocky, or you just chose to ignore the joke? Column B. | #36 Dec 11th 2009, 1:44pm

suvi-sisko@Blue- There's a desert in Hoenn. Not in Sinnoh, though. | #40 Dec 11th 2009, 1:46pm

More for MoreYay Orre! My second favorite region! | #42 Dec 11th 2009, 1:46pm
KK the Prophet@Rocky: I think the only place that would be like Egypt would be the desert in Hoenn. | #43 Dec 11th 2009, 1:46pm
Blue Bongo@ Rocky. Most of it, I believe. Not all. Some nice parts. | #44 Dec 11th 2009, 1:46pm
Blue BongoYou remember the episode Sleight of Sand in the Sinnoh arc? Hippowdon's debut episode. Wasn't that a desert? That's just sad and contrived. | #45 Dec 11th 2009, 1:48pm
AP is on VacationI'mma tryin' to keep up my health. And 'Justice is cheap!' made me lol. If I can beat Mismagius, I'll be in a great position. As will he if he beats me. I'm worried about his final two choices, though. One is Drapion/Bronzong/Infernape, and I have no idea about the other. And I'm surprised I haven't thought about using Poké-Speak to Taunt yet. That should be a sure hit this time. | #46 Dec 11th 2009, 1:49pm
KK the ProphetThat's just sad and contrived. Should be since Hippowdon was the one who created it. | #47 Dec 11th 2009, 1:50pm

AP is on Vacation'Twas supposed to be a pod of 'Dons, IIRC. | #48 Dec 11th 2009, 1:50pm
Megalink1126Not nessisarily AP. I'm still using a constant Shadow Sneak, so the Sucker Punch should miss. Not sure about the Taunt. Didn't you call out before but nothing happened? | #49 Dec 11th 2009, 1:51pm
Blue BongoActually, that's where you're wrong. There is a desert in Sinnoh. Well, I say desert, it's more a sandy place with lots of sandstorms. Survival arena. | #50 Dec 11th 2009, 1:51pm
