This a slightly futuristic fic. What if Mc Kay had a son - could be natural/adopted/unknown/coming from future/junior replica...anything. What if McKay junior had the superior intellect that Mc Kay senior had like when he had used the ascension machine? So he is able to understand a lot about tehnologies esp the ones the replica Weir had put into the database {other advanced civilizations}. Now just imagine if he is kidnapped and forced to build a weapon. And instead he has a plan to get out of there.
