Zuko and Azula are twins, and their mother died in childbirth.

Either gen or yaoi as main. Pairing has to be non-invasive. ZukoxAang is my preference, although they could be in brief one or two sided relationships with others (het or yaoi) if you want. Side pairings can be whatever. No super-catgirl like- uke OOCness, please. Also plot comes first, and romance should be a driving factor, but not an overly obvious one. Any and all pairings should develope gradually but noticably, please.

REQUIREMENTS:

Azula was born first.

Azula was born on the Summer Solstice, but Zuko wasn't born until hours later, the next day.

The midwife tells Zuko's father that if she'd only had one kid, his wife would've lived.

Zuko more inclined to disobeying his father, but still desires his father's love.

When Zuko is ten, his mother isn't there to protect him. Please note this. I don't want Zuko to end up dead, but this is one of the things that would change. Zuko ends up taking the Avatar's side a lot earlier than before, openly or not.
