starfilledDREAMERTopic: PRNS Couples I have the absolute WEIRDEST idea of a couple. Do you wanna know what it is. Ok, its Cam/Tori. I don't know why, but I strongly dislike the idea of Tori with Hunter, Blake, Dustin or Shane. I think they're all too close together. Cam and Tori are the only too completely different ones, with Cam being into computers, and Tori liking to surf. The other four boys are just way to alike to Tori to have a semi-desent relationship with her. Oh, I guess it's just me chosing the odd ball couple, but I wanna see if anyone else has the same oppinion as me...| #1 Jul 13th 2006, 11:53am

CrimsonEmperessWell I think they'd make a cute couple. I'm a little tired of Her and Blake so Cam and Tori is a rather refreshing thought. I agree they make an interesting pair. |
|
JuseaPetersonHaving a relationship isn't about being totally different. In fact studies have shown that you have a better relationship when you have more in common than when you're different. So saying that Cam and Tori would have a decent relationship because they're different is not going to work. Her and Blake had that chemistry, and they both really cared about the other and focused on the other person. I think her and Cam could have happened if Blake was never there, but since Blake came I think that her and Cam will only be friends. Besides as the season goes on that's all you see between the two. |
|
starfilledDREAMERTrats. Oh well. Well, I agree, not completely different, but not identical either. I know a couple who are so different, I don't even know why the see each other. But, eh, that's a little off topic. If anyone wants to read a Cam/Tori story, which is very good, considering the other stories of the same thing, pay a visit to Wiccan-One. Her story Slow Motion is very, very different from any other. |
|
JuseaPetersonAre you sure they're completely different? Sometimes it's the fact that they are the same in certain aspects but you see them clash. I don't know it kind of depends on the people. My problem with reading any of the stories with Tori and one of the other guys is they ruin Blake's character. I'm all about character. All of a sudden he cheats on her, or he never cared about her. And with Tori she thinks back and realizes that she never liked Blake that way and so forth. When I do things I acknowledge those attractions. Okay this is going to SPD but I put Syd and Bridge together. However, I do know that there are things between her and Jack and her and Sky. My point is if you're going to switch a couple that's stable like Blake and Tori, at least keep them in character. I'm not saying that you have done it, but you know. I hope you don't take it the wrong way.Okay I know this was a long response, but...I have much more to say, but I'll wait. |
|
CrimsonEmperessWell I was browseing through the site today and I found a lot more Hunter/Tori than what was there a cuople months ago. Do you guys think that Tori and Hunter is compatable. And What does Blake think?? And another thing I read a story with Cam/Leanna I think there a cute couple. |
|
starfilledDREAMERI honestly can say that the only stories I have read for Ninja Storm are only Cam/Tori stories. For Hunter/Tori to have two pages, and Cam/Tori only having five stories, I think most people agree with you, Thundra. Maybe Cam and Tori aren't meant to be together in canon, but this is FAN FICTION. Canon or not, I still think Cam and Tori would be cute. As for Hunter and Tori, I just don't know. I guess I haven't opened up all the possiblities for NS, or maybe my brain just doesn't want me to. As for Cam and Leanna, I haven't watched a show with a Leanna in it. So, I don't know about that coupling either. |
|
JuseaPetersonWell, the coupling with the most is Hunter/Cam and than Blake/Tori and than Dustin/Tori.I don't count on fanfic amounts as to why certain couples are better suited than others. It just shows that people writing have that. Personally out of the guys after Blake those two (Cam and Hunter) are the ones I see her next with. However someone mentioned that why would Hunter go after Tori, the girl his little brother is obviously in love with? Plus, well, I don't know even though you can put her with all the guys I have read a couple stories with her and the others and I just can't. A lot of people try and give her the kind of relationship-as in they just know it's each other-with her and the others. Cam and Leanne, I have read a couple of stories with them together, there isn't any episodes with them together, the only people you see her with is Blake and Tori. But if you do it right you can put him with any girl. I put him with Hayley, so... |
|
Meloda26Hey I will put my two cents into this forum. My favorite couples in this series has to be Blake and Tori, Dustin and Marah, Shane and Kapri, Hunter and Kelly and of course Cam and Hayley. I like them alot. My sister and I put them together for reasons. Especially we put Blake and Tori together because you see more chemistry together and of course Dustin and Marah. Thanks |
|
JuseaPetersonI totally forgot that this was a NS coupling thing.Blake and Tori definitely together. Dustin and Marah definitely together. I put Shane and Kapri and Hunter and Kelly together, although I can see Shane and Kelly and Hunter and Kapri. My only problem with Hunter and Kapri is in most of the stories I've read with them in it she follows him around like a puppy dog, now in all honesty would Kapri do that? No, sorry. Cam and Hayley. | #10 Sep 28th 2006, 9:00am

Tenshi of Light21Hey. I think Hunter and Tori is an unexpected change. Everyone expects her to end up with Blake, so for her to go with Hunter is a twist. Unexpected and I think a lot of readers like that. I'm more of a Hunter/Tori or Blake/Tori person myself. I try to write Blake/Tori fics, but I can't seem to do so as well as with Hunter/OC. I still have yet to try a Hunter/Tori one though. I have nothing against slash, but know I couldn't write it to save my life! -_-'. I will admit though, that Cam/Hunter, Hunter/Dustin fics can be pretty cool. Personally, I like strange couples. I think Cam and Tori is way out there, but a cool concept. Anyways, that's my two cents. Tenshi | #11 May 07th 2007, 9:45pm

JuseaPetersonHunter/Tori would be an unexpected twist, but can you imagine how far off and weird things would become? I mean Blake and Hunter are brothers, talk about a strain on their relationship.I have only found one story for Hunter/Tori where it is the best written. My problem with people pairing Tori with the other NS guys is the simple fact that the stories cause Blake's character to be destroyed and they destroy Tori and Blake's relationship to create an amped up version of her with another guy. I say that if you can't write a story without destroying certain characters is that couple really a good couple? Now I will say that on the show she does have stuff with all of the guys. However if you're really paying attention you can tell who she likes and how she sees all the guys. And you can tell who likes her. Now I also thought that was obvious, but some people still don't see it, and I'm not saying you can't like her with another guy, but do you have to destroy Blake and Blake/Tori's relationship in order to get her there? Cam/Tori, I don't think is way out there. They both seem to have a bond where they can talk about lots of things (which doesn't mean anything), I can see it. But when I watch the season, well...I already stated this above, so that's all for now. | #12 May 08th 2007, 7:08am

Tenshi of Light21Ok, you're right. It's sad but true. I've seen stories where Hunter and Tori get together and Blake gets over it, but sadly, that just seems really out of character for him (to me). Even though I find the stories are great sometimes, I don't like the way Blake gets hurt.So I'll agree that Hunter/Tori isn't a good combo. I meant more of in a fantasy way they'd be cool togather, but realizing just how much it'd hurt Blake....nevermind. I think I'll stil to watching Blake moon for his surfer chick from afar :P And as for Cam/Tori...I just meant the concept of them getting togather. I think it's the last thing a lot of fans would expect, so kind of a major twist. I think though, more than anything, I just mentioned it because I thought it's just be a huge surprise. I didn't mean 'really out there' as in not likely, but as in unusual. | #13 May 08th 2007, 10:31am

JuseaPetersonThank you. I'm glad that it's not just me and my sister who realize that it's out of character for Blake. Besides I noticed in the stories where he dumps Tori he ends up completely forgetting Hunter, right I could so see that NOT happening. Sorry for the little rant.It does hurt Blake and I don't like that. Yeah, I like the way you described Hunter/Tori, in a fantasy way. That would be cool. I could see them getting together, but not in the long run you know? Okay, I get what you're saying about Cam/Tori. It would be a twist. It would be unusual. So I hear that. I mean Tori does have chemistry with all the guys, but it's kind of expected you know? | #14 May 08th 2007, 1:12pm

Tenshi of Light21Blake out of character isn't the Blake I like. I know what you mean. He dumps her, or beats her, or something like that and she turns to his brother. I mean, even I know not to go to the brother. But that's out of character for all of them.Hunter wouldn't do that to his baby bro. Tori wouldn't do that to the man she loves. Blake wouldn't hurt Tori if his life depended on it. I personally don't like any of them getting hurt. That's why I don't like sad endings myself. They literally make me cry. (Yeah I'm a whiner LOL) Hunter and Tori would be an interest to me, but I prefer to set him up with other people. Girls, since I can't do slash to save my life. I only see the brother/sister chemistry myself, but yeah, if I really think about it, I can totally see her getting together with any of them (If Blake wasn't in the story that is) She's the only girl on the team (not fair if I may say so myself, but cool), and they are really protective of her. They might not show it right out, but they are. I do see where you're coming from though. So I totally agree with you. | #15 May 08th 2007, 4:03pm

JuseaPetersonI know. In fact in one story they have Blake rape her. And no, you shouldn't turn to the brother.Hunter wouldn't do that to his baby bro. Tori wouldn't do that to the man she loves. Blake wouldn't hurt Tori if his life depended on it. Well said. There's no way. I mean there are special circumstances that I could see happening for a bit, but in the end it'll be Blake and Tori. I don't like them getting hurt, although it will happen in my stories, but not serious hurt, okay so sometimes it is. But it's never serious enough to completely damage them, you know? That's okay, I whine about how horrible the stories are. I usually put Hunter with Kelly. I mean like I said before I see Hunter and Tori as a short term thing. I got turned off from the Hunter/Kapri pairing because in the stories I read of them Kapri is always following Hunter around like a puppy and that's not Kapri. I don't do slash, because I really don't like it. I can see where people would get it from, but I don't believe in it. Well, I agree I wouldn't mind being on that team. They are protective of her even though they know she can handle herself. I love her bond with all of them. (I love it so much I did a music video for it.) But as someone else once said (lkwREADer) Shane is like her big brother, Dustin is like her little brother, Cam is like her confidant, Hunter shares a specific bond based through Blake, and Blake is her love. I think they show on the show that the other guys don't see her like that and she doesn't see them like that. It's Blake and Tori. Now you're right if Blake wasn't there than I would put her with Hunter or Cam most likely because in Beauty and the Beach they specified that Shane/Tori/Dustin have a brother/sister/friend bond. Now, I know things can come from that, but... Thank you. I agree with you too. | #16 May 09th 2007, 7:14am

Tenshi of Light21Yeah, I read a story where he rapes her and threatens her not to tell Hunter, whom she tells and he beats his brother. That's not really in character for any of them (in my opinion)I think Tori would've tried to deal with it herself, or maybe sought advice from someone. Hunter I...don't know if he'd believe her or Blake. I mean Blake is his little bro, so a big part of him would probably want to believe him more. And Blake....RAPING TORI?? Uh uh...I'm sorry, but I just don't see him having it in him to do that, no matter what. Then there's the fact that she just ups and forgives him so easily. My point is....ok so I don't know my point LOL. The story was ok, but it went too fast and was way too out of character for those three. Yeah, like I can see short term easily, but wouldn't write it myself, because I think it would end up hurting them. I'd read it, but wouldn't write it personally. I prefer to write about love that never fades...I'm sappy sometimes LOL. Me personally, I'd like to do a Hunter/Kelly fic, but haven't seen enough eps recently to do so. I don't really know her character well enough. Blake and Tori are fun too. I kind of have their characters, but sometimes, I just come up short handed. And yeah...puppydog Kapri? Uhhhh....Hunter wouldn't like it. Part of him might find it SLIGHTLY endearing, but about 95% of him would be irritated about it more than anything. I agree with you about how the team is and the concepts of their bonds. Dustin certainly seems like the younger brother, and Shane, the older. Cam, I...think I'd put him as older brother too. I personally love the fics where it shows their bonds. Like in Unjust Rewards, they each go seeking their element to be comforted and then go to each other. And there's another one that I don't remember the name of, where Tori is nervous around Blake for some reason, and Hunter helps her give him a chance, and the guys all show their support. Hunter's like a big brother in that one. They're in someone's living room, Tori's sitting, leaning against Hunter, but takes Blake's hand, Shane and Dustin are on the floor in front of them and lean against her legs to show support, and when Cam gets up to get more popcorn, he brushes his hand through her hair in a sign of comfort. Those type of scenes I find really great. The way they support each other, or support her like that. Though basically, I used to think that it would be ok to put Tori with Hunter, but now I realize just how OOC that would be of her, and Blake wouldn't just lie down and accept it. So yeah, I agree with you. I think....I Miiiiiggghht have a faint idea for a fic....I've already got 24 started -_-', but more coming to mind. Gotta run.... | #17 May 09th 2007, 3:46pm

JuseaPetersonThat's the story I started reading, but I couldn't finish it. I mean it was absolutely horrible. I think the author said something that it had to happen. So basically what I'm getting is that the only way Tori would be with Hunter would be if Blake was a HUGE jerk. And since Blake isn't they have to destroy his character.Tori would have tried to deal with it herself. And Hunter, I'm sorry but he'd be more inclined to believe Blake. She forgives him like nothing happened? Please. See I've contemplated and I think that yes it would end up hurting them--all of them. But it would help Blake and Tori grow stronger realizing how much they did miss. It's a long complicated mess, but it does interesting it who holds who high: Blake is it Tori or Hunter, Hunter is it Tori or Blake and Tori is it Hunter or Blake. I think for Tori it would be Blake and for Hunter it would be Blake. But then you get to Blake, the brother he's known and loved, or the woman he falls in love with? I think they would both end up with a place high in his heart. I love the whole love that never fades, I mean I really do, I'm sappy as well. However, with Blake being gone (which I personally don't think he'd give it all up or Tori would let him if they got together) I think there needs to be a reason as to why Tori and Blake would be able to manage a long distance relationship and have total trust. I'm not saying that it can't work without the extra things, but I think it would help to have things go smoother in the long run. Did that make sense? Really? I know they just showed them on Toon Disney, and well there are certain episodes that have Hunter/Kelly in them. Kelly is really a cool character, she is under rated. But she's a great person. I love the Hunter/Kelly interaction on the show (which is limited) and in my mind. What do you mean short handed? In terms of them being in character? In the stories Hunter doesn't like puppydog Kapri, but slowly he falls for her. But I'm like sorry Hunter wouldn't fall for that and did you not see Kapri, she's not like that. It irritates me to no end. See Cam could be like an older brother, but not at the beginning, you know. I'm not really fond about the thing of Tori being part of the Watanabe's family. I just don't really like the idea that Tori has this horrible past and she's keeping it hidden. To me it lessens Blake and Hunter's pain. And I don't see where people get the idea from, you know? But I do love the relationships. I haven't read Unjust Rewards yet, but I'll definitely look forward to that when I get there. I love Hunter and Blake's bonds too. All 6 of them just have a huge web, with Tori in the middle. They all gather strength from each other. Yeah Tori and Hunter short term is an interesting idea to say the least. However, it would take special circumstances for Tori to go with Hunter and Hunter would have to have a strong physical attraction for her and talks with his brother. As well as Blake not laying down, except if something had happened. So really unless something caused a rift in Blake and Tori and Blake and Hunter I don't see Tori and Hunter getting together. Really? I just had another idea come into my mind. Well, I'll talk to you soon. | #18 May 10th 2007, 6:35am

Tenshi of Light21Yeah I know. I only read it because of curiosity. I mean no offence to the author, but I can't get into a story like that. I spend too much time going "huh?" and "as if!". Yeah, Tori has that independant streak where she'd try to deal with it herself, and Hunter has a stubborn streak where even if BLAKE himself told him he raped Tori, he probably would think it was a sick joke or something. Yeah I know. "I forgive you Blake. Just, don't do it again." or something along those lines. I don't see Tori doing that even if years had passed and her life depended on it. I agree with what you're saying. "Blake is it Tori or Hunter?" They would both end up with high places in his heart, but Hunter would win out because they are family. I know love is powerful, but I see Blake sticking with his only remaining family. But then again, I don't see Hunter running away from his friends or anything. As much as Hunter likes to play stubborn, I think he sees Tori more of like a sister. What you said made perfect sense. I mean, Tori could go visit Blake once in a while, or Blake could take a weekend off and come visit Tori. They call daily or chat on some sort of IM, or something. I know I don't see Blake giving it all up, but I don't see him doing it for more than maybe a few years. And Tori...I don't know. she might want to go be with him after some time. Who knows? I don't have cable, or for that point, any tv, so I can't watch the show. The only way I can get to any eps is on youtube. One guy uploaded some eps so that's where I watch what I can. Short handed. I don't remember what I said lol. If it was about Kelly, then I meant that I don't know her character well enough to right about. Same goes for Marah. I mean she's ditzy, wants to believe she's evil, falls for Dustin, and then really stupid but sweet. Ok, so maybe I do have enough for Marah LOL. Point is, there wasn't enough Kelly in the series. I don't know her well enough to do what I would consider a good fic. I know. Kapri is more of a leader type. If she had a crush on Hunter, i'd see her going more to grabbing him and kissing him, then following him around shyly like a scared little puppy. Huge web....awesome way to describe it! It's true though. You're right. Tori's in the center and they're all around her, protecting her. If anything, they're a great team, but it's Tori who's the heart of the team. She's kind of like the peacemaker, and at the same time, they'll overcome all obstacles to protect her with their lives. I also don't understand the Tori being a part of Sensei Watanabi's family. I can guess that she might have been adopted, but those fics tend to be more confusing than anything else. I definitely agree with you on the rift between Hunter/Blake and Blake/Tori bit, but if that happened, couldn't it possibly end up causing a rift between Tori/Hunter? I mean, Hunter would be angry but at the same time guilty. Tori would be the same way but also hurt, scared and sad. She'd probably try to deal with it herself before going to Hunter, and I can just see them having a fight. Both of them, their nerves are frayed, and they snap at each other. Ok, I can see them getting past it and together possibly, but I still think Blake/Tori and Hunter/Blake would work out their problems and Tori and Blake would get back together. Just a thought. Going to go work on my Blake/Tori fic now. Talk to you soon. | #19 May 10th 2007, 2:14pm

JuseaPetersonI would actually read stories about them and I found myself sitting there and getting so mad. My sister and one of my friends told me that I shouldn't do that and just to not look there. And so I don't, because I know if I do I'll get curious and look. You're right Hunter would have a hard time believing that Blake could do that even if Blake told him. It's his baby brother. See I've thought that oh, Hunter would be higher in his heart but he would have to do a lot because he wouldn't want to hurt Tori but he realizes that by choosing Hunter over Tori he could hurt her and he wouldn't want to do that. But I don't think Hunter and Tori would make Blake try to have to choose between them you know? I mean Hunter knows how important Tori is to him and Tori knows how important Hunter is to him. So hopefully it won't cause to much stress on Blake. Hunter seeing Tori as a sister, I could see that. Not right away but over time that's what she'd become. Visiting each other, talking, IMing all that, I could see them doing. See I've thought about her going with and since she, Dustin and Shane are the guardians of the Abyss, shouldn't they stay? But even if Blake did stop after a while it would have to be at least for a few years. Oh. I'm sorry. I know that on Rangerboard you can get all the episodes. That's where we're getting them. See Kelly is in there enough to get an idea of what kind of a character she is. And it also helps knowing that you have some room to expand her. Marah is in it enough too, I think. I mean Marah, Kelly and Kapri are there in all the episodes (Kelly's missing a few) and they're individuals who are very interesting. But that's my opinion. I know. Kapri wouldn't just follow him hoping he'd come to her. That's why I've really grown to dislike the Hunter/Kapri pairing. Thank you. Tori is like the heart of the team with the other guys out there protecting her. Yeah. Those fics usually are the ones where she has a horrible past, and I just don't like that. Besides at the beginning of the series Cam doesn't have a bond, or respect or anything for any of the rangers. It grows over time. Yeah I could see those rifts causing one with Tori/Hunter. Like say Tori and Blake got into a huge fight and said really horrible things. Than Hunter realizes that he is attracted to her and they end up kissing. Well of course he's going to talk to Blake, but since Blake isn't so happy with Tori he acts like he doesn't care, but Hunter kind of knows that he does. And so Hunter and Tori go out for a bit, but if something about Blake is brought up, it causes fights and they just can't really have a good relationship because even if they still had a good time. Hunter's feeling guilty and angry and Tori is upset and hurt. But I think than Hunter would also see Tori as a replacement for his little brother (just when he's gone) and so wants her around. Tori sees Hunter as a replacement for Blake and so wants him around. But they both realize that with the pain of someone so close being gone they turned to each other for comfort and in truth don't really feel more than a brotherly/sisterly bond. Does that make sense? Can't wait. I hope you can get that story up soon. :) | #20 May 10th 2007, 2:41pm

Tenshi of Light21Yeah I know. I'd sit in shock and be like 'no way'.I know what you mean about not wanting him to chose between them, but I think that either way, there's going to be stress. I mean, Tori would be lik "No, Hunter's your brother." Then Hunter would be, "Come on man, you love her." I think that would put a whole new stress on him, but I think it would be more bearable. I mean, he'd know just how much they both love him. Oh no, not right away. Right away, he'd think she was trying to steal his brother. I mean in Prok Chopped, Hunter and Blake were going to the movies, but it hurt Hunter when Blake invited Tori along. He wanted to spend time with his baby bro, and Tori came along and made it a group activity. I can easily see him being jealous at first, until he warmed up to her, and then he'd become a friend, then like a brother. I don't know if she,Shane and Dustin are guardians of the abyss. I mean, if it was sealed (or so they thought), couldn't they go be free? I know though, she wouldn't be able to just up and leave her home and friends. She'd feel empty away from them, even with Blake. Rangerboard? I've never even heard of that LOL. It's ok though, no one knew until I said I didn't have tv. I think Marah and Kapri are kind of cool, but I prefer Kelly. She's definitely an awesome character, and I'd like to see Hunter get with her. Broody blonde with red headed store owner. :D Yeah I know. At first, Cam didn't like them at all. It was because of Sensei Watanabi, that he gave them a chance and grew to like them. Tori and Hunter wouldn't be able to date without even thinking about Blake. That would cause too big of problems. Yeah, they think they're ion love, but realize it's just because their lonely and want to be loved. They come to realize it's brotherly/sisterly love. Makes perfect sense. I'm working on the story as we speak LOL. | #21 May 10th 2007, 3:00pm

JuseaPetersonYou're right. He would realize how much they both loved him. Their would be stress but not the kind that is damaging.Oh yeah I remember his look in Pork Chopped, he got that in Thunder Strangers 2 at the beach. Hunter didn't like Tori at the beginning in that aspect. He didn't want his little brother taken from him and that's what she was doing--not on purpose. But soon he does realize that the two really like each other and she'll be good for him. So then he'd give her another chance and build their friendship. And you're right after a bit of time Tori will become like his little sister. I could have sworn that's what Sensei said in the end. That they're guardians and that's why they're there (Blue Bay Harbor). And after realizing that the abyss might not be always closed, wouldn't they want to keep an eye on it? I think she would. Plus it would really take down her independent spirit. To follow Blake around, not being with her friends, or at home. Not being near the beach. I think it would weigh heavily on her shoulders and I don't think Blake would let her hurt herself like that. Really? Just another PR forum. Oh. Well if you want the link to the episodes, let me know and I'll send it to you. I love Marah and Kapri. See I don't prefer Kelly, but I definitely like her in the mix because it gives another different personality. Me too. It's definitely a nice match. I think they'd be good for each other. Exactly. He eventually got to know them, but it wasn't for a while and so I don't see that 'brotherly' bond with Tori at the beginning. Exactly. It would be hard to look at the other person without thinking about Blake. They could pretend and not say anything, but it would be on their minds, and they just wouldn't have a happy relationship. Exactly. They need something and they other provides that physical need and somewhat of the emotional and mental need, but it's not enough for either of them because that's not who they want and need in that way. Sweet. Can't wait until it's up to read. :) | #22 May 11th 2007, 6:55am

Tenshi of Light21I don't remember the last eps of PRNS so I wasn't sure what Sensei said to them. But I do see your point. They'd want to be there just to be safe.Of, another PR forum. I didn't know. Hmmm. If you could send me the link, that would be wonderful. Thank you. You know, thinking about it, Hunter and Kelly ARE really good for each other. I mean, Hunter is wild and fun loving, and I think Kelly would love that. Kelly is strong, independant and kind, and stable. Hunter would need that, with Lothor killing his parents and stuff. Just a random thought across my mind LOL. Exactly, and just having on either one of their minds would be bad enough. It would be painful and distracting for either person. Physical and emtional needs are one thing. It's more of a soulmate connection that Tori and Blake seem to have. Anyways, back to my fics! Talk to you all later :D | #23 May 11th 2007, 3:54pm

JuseaPetersonI think he says that they're the guardians, I don't believe he says they can never leave. But I assumed that since they are guardians, they wouldn't leave for too long you know?Sure it's www.rangerboard.com I haven't gone there in a while, just because I was getting swamped. But they have all the episodes that you can download. Although not all the talk is, well, some people can be really mean. I agree. Kelly and Hunter need someone to balance themselves out. It would help them both out on their own end and for the other person. Plus I'm sure they would be able to have a really good relationship. Random, but it definitely made sense and totally fit the two of them. Once more, a perfect description. Yeah. So even if they find comfort in each other, it would be a stressful relationship where they could NEVER be completely happy. I never really thought about it like that, but they really do. I mean right away they just gravitated to each other and they seem comfortable with each other, even though there's a bit of shyness involved. But their level is much, much deeper than just an emotional and physical level. They seem to understand each other on another level than most people. Good luck with your fics. Tenshi of Light21Well I don't remember what he said. Even if they were guardians, I don't see Sensei keeping them from having their lives. Remember, they have those communicators around their necks and can Ninja Streak, so they can leave if they want to and be back within minutes if they're called. Thanks for the site, but other than forums and galleries, I didn't see anyplace to download episodes. I looked, and might've missed it, but I didn't see it. You know, I noticed that Hunter's seen as broody (not that I disagree,,,it's part of his charm!), but in a lot of episodes, he seems happy and carefree. Obviously, he has hidden pains, but he's laughing and smiling a lot (when he's not giving that cute little half smirk). With a level as deep as they have in the show, it makes me wonder if the actors liked each other too. Just a thought. Thanks. Good luck to you too. Talk to you soon. | #25 May 14th 2007, 8:04am

JuseaPetersonTrue. I didn't think about that. And I didn't think that Sensei would keep them stuck in Blue Bay Harbor forever. But it was more like Shane, Tori and Dustin would stay most of the time because of honor and such.Okay, well, let me ask my sister, she's the one that goes and gets them. I'll ask her for the exact link and then I'll give it to you. I think he's broody when he's unsure about something, new places, new people, concerns about what could hurt Blake, but when he gets to now something better, he'll ease up. Because I believe in the teamup with the Dino Rangers he's not so open and carefree, you know? And part of the broody probably has to do with Blake saying it in the beginning. It is an interesting thought. It's happened before. They just had it at such a deep level that either they're very good actors, or they did perhaps like each other. Thank you. Talk to you soon. Again. :) | #26 May 15th 2007, 10:42am

|
Tenshi of Light21Yeah. They would stay for a mixture of honor, and because that place is their home, so pride and respect. Their family and friends live there, so they would probably feel scared and insecure about leaving to places so far away.Ok, thanks a lot. I think it's cute. When Hunter gets broody about new places/things/people and such. Yeah, he was much more serious in those episodes. I personally like carefree Hunter. The one who's always flashing that half smirk and laughing. :D Yeah. I'm surprised Hunter didn't chase after him for that LOL. Talk to you soon. Again. :) | #27 May 15th 2007, 2:33pm

JuseaPetersonIt would be scary for them to leave their friends and family. But would Tori like just following him around like that? Really? I mean she loves him, but I don't see Tori as someone who would want to stay and follow Blake around the country. What do you think? No problem. She's at school right now, but when she gets on-line (if she gets a chance, she has finals) I'll get her to send it to me and then I'll send it to you. Yeah. I mean the broody is cool and all, but it's really nice to see Hunter laughing and enjoying himself. Loosening up, you know? I love it when he and Blake talk about Charlie. Hunter's feeling all down and Blake talks with him and makes him feel better and then Hunter smiles. It's so cute. That would have been interesting. But at that point I think Hunter was more worried about revenge. Talk to you soon. Again. :) | #28 May 16th 2007, 5:54am

|
Tenshi of Light21No. Tori wouldn't like following him around. She'd like visiting him once in a while, but not staying with him the whole time.I love Hunter's smile, but I love his eyes more. Just with his eyes alone, he can convey so many feelings it's not funny. True. Hunter felt the loss of his parents more than Blake (it seems), and was mroe angry, looking for revenge more than anything else for a long time. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #29 May 16th 2007, 4:31pm

JuseaPetersonYeah, so they would still have the angst. See I figure motocross season is from like Sept-Dec and Jan-May. That leaves the summer months for Blake to go home to Blue Bay Harbor. Now Tori is teaching so she couldn't just up and leave, but vacations and short breaks are fine. So I bet Blake can get breaks too.Yeah, he has eyes that will do that. Different people can do that and you just see so much in their expression. I'm sure it's more in his eyes because he's trying to mask the way he feels, you know? Yeah, Blake was devoted to the cause, but Hunter seemed much more into it. I think he very much relies on family, Blake does too, but especially after Tori coming into his life, Blake was able to find more, Hunter was reluctant to let others in, maybe in fear of loosing them, you know? Talk to you soon, again. :) | #30 May 17th 2007, 9:28am

Tenshi of Light21Yeah, so they'd see each other. He might be trying to mask his feelings, but his face and eyes give him away anyways. And when you notice his eyes are guarded, you know automatically that he's hurting and you want to help him. Definitely. Afraid they'd be killed too and he'd be hurt becasue they got killed. Maybe he'd feel guilty, thinking they got hurt because of him, and he doesn't want that. It terrifies him, but I think he leans on Blake for support and his helps Hunter. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #31 May 17th 2007, 2:39pm

JuseaPetersonIt just wouldn't be the kind of relationship that most people want. But Tori and Blake would make it work.I know. People who are like that with their eyes still give it away, even if they're to hide it it still shows and you do want to help, you can't help it. Yeah. Exactly. Even though Hunter's the older brother I think he relies more on Blake. Blake knows that Hunter will always be there for him, but Hunter knows that nothing can happen to Blake and who knows what would happen to him if something did happen to Blake. It's just like in Thunder Strangers 2 when Hunter goes to the track and asks Shane and Dustin if they'd seen Blake. He's out of breath and he's really worried. I mean it's just the simpliest thing that if something happens Hunter steps a little in front of Blake, or closer. I mean in Thunder Strangers 3 when Lothor is in the cave Lothor shoots a blast...at Blake. Hunter jumps in front of him and had it not been for the gem...well who knows what would have happened to Hunter, you know? Talk to you soon, again. :) | #32 May 18th 2007, 6:00am

Tenshi of Light21There would be problems, but they'd get over them.People like that give it away when they try to hide it. You'll notice it right away when their eyes that were fairly open, suddenly become closed and walled up. The sad thing is, that hunter would probably push a lot of people away if they tried to comfort him if he didn't know them that well. Yeah. Hunter's the older one but he seems way more innocent and dependant. Blake's his little bro. I think that what happened after his parents were killed, he vowed to protect Blake no matter what so he didn't lose his little bro too. I honestly, with how close they are, I don't think Hunter would survive easily if anything ever happened to Blake. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #33 May 18th 2007, 3:14pm

|
JuseaPetersonExactly. They would do whatever it took to stay together, even if they're not physically always together. He would. He's only going to let certain people in and it'll take a bit to get there, you know. He's been hurt and so opening up for him is going to take a bit. He has a wounded soul. Oh, wow that sounds so horribly sad. I know. Hunter probably did take it on himself to ensure that Blake lived especially since their parents had died. If Blake dies, than I think Hunter would emotionally, spiritually, soulfully die too. He might still be there physically but he couldn't last too long. In fact who knows how much longer he could be there. Hunter is dependant on Blake. I think Blake is dependant on Hunter without realizing it, does that make sense. I bet his departure to Factory Blue must have been ** both. They've lost two sets of parents, they can't loose each other too. There's a story where the two say good-by when he leaves, only problem is that Blake says that Tori didn't understand his and Hunter's relationship and refused to be #2 in his heart. I just don't agree with that. I think that she would understand about it, you know? Talk to you soon, again. :) | #34 May 21st 2007, 6:42am

Tenshi of Light21It would take a lot, but once someone got in through his walls, he'd never let them go. I mean, at first he didn't seem to like the other Rangers, but now it's like he needs them around. Maybe they're like crutches for him. Support that he needs because he's scared. If you listen to Kelly Clarkson's Beautiful Disaster, I find it suits Hunter perfectly. "If I try to save him, my whole world would cave in." "More damage than a soul should see." Not just live though. Live HAPPY. As long as Blake's happy, I think Hunter would be happy. If Blake died, Hunter would waste away. His body would be nothing but an empty shell, and I think he'd eventually die of a broken heart. Well I think that's a small part of the reason I can honestly see Blake retiring early. Partly because he missed his bro, but majorly because he missed Tori. Yeah, I think Tori would understand perfectly. I don't think she takes #2. I think both she and Hunter are tied for #1 in his heart. And I think Blake would be #1 in Hunter's heart and Tori would be #2, because eventually, she becomes like a sister to him, and it's obvious that his little bro has feelings for her. And in Tori's heart, I think it would be confusing. Blake is definitely #1, and I think Hunter and her other friends would tie for #2. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #35 May 21st 2007, 9:09pm

JuseaPetersonWow. What CD? Is it on her Thankful CD? That sounds really good. But you're right, initially he didn't need the rangers and now he does. When he finds that girl, he'll hold her tight. Not just live though. Live HAPPY. As long as Blake's happy, I think Hunter would be happy. If Blake died, Hunter would waste away. His body would be nothing but an empty shell, and I think he'd eventually die of a broken heart. I completely agree. Hunter would want Blake to be happy, but Hunter couldn't stand something happening to Blake it would destroy him piece by piece. And Blake would have a hard time with Hunter dying, the one thing that could help him would be Tori. Yeah. I just think it'd be a bit. But maybe that's the sad, depressing writer in me. It makes for great story angst. But he'd have to be careful about his retirement or more problems could ensue. Exactly Tori and Hunter are tied in Blake's heart. Tori has Blake as number one, and than Hunter/Shane/Dustin/Cam as number two. For Hunter I agree Blake is number 1, and Tori is number 2. She's like a sister to him and he does realize how Blake feels about Tori and he wouldn't want anything to happen to her. And if you add in a girl for him, I think Tori would still be number 2 because she has to do with Blake, you know? Talk to you soon, again. :) | #36 May 22nd 2007, 7:59am

Tenshi of Light21I think it's on her breakaway (Or something...I don't remember the name that well.) CD. Yeah, and whoever she is would be lucky to have him.....wait.....Hunter's mine! (whines) Waaaahhhhhh! LOL jk. Yeah. It's so cool to see such a close bond between them really. I personally think they're the embodiement of brotherly love. They tease each other and have fights, but always work things out and are willing to give their lives to protect each other. Very true. Exactly. Tori and Blake are connected, so they'd stay in high places in his heart. Even if he found someone he loved more than life, she'd still take third place, but it wouldn't seem that way, I'm sure. He's only run off if Tori or Blake were in trouble, but if they were fine and happy, I think he'd spend a lot of his time with the girl he loves. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #37 May 22nd 2007, 4:28pm

JuseaPetersonI'll have to check it out. Exactly she will be--you will be very lucky. LOL I know. That's why they're one of my favorite sibling pairings. The other one that's up there is Dean and Sam from Supernatural. I love watching things about them because both sets are so close. I really love their bond. I just love to see the little things that show Blake and Hunter's bond. Which is another reason I hate the Tori/Hunter stories because Hunter doesn't really care about Blake and is more focused on Tori and how she feels and so forth. And then Blake gets mad at Hunter and tries to kill him? I don't see that as realistic at all. Because Blake and Hunter would never do that to each other. Exactly. If either were in trouble--physical, or emotional he'd be there in a heartbeat, but other than that it would seem like his girl is number one. My sister and I were talking and we were like on Hunter's phone for speed dial: #1 Blake. #2 Tori #3 Kelly (cause that's who we pair him with). But he doesn't treat her like she doesn't mean that much, it's just the way it is. And since Tori and Blake are connected what happens to one affects the other and Hunter will be affected as well. Tenshi of Light21Ahhh! Dean and Sam! :D I love Supernatural! :D Personally, Dean's my fave, but hey, the brotherly love is awesome to watch too.Nope. I think they'd both drop Tori like a hot potato if that ever happened and would leave together. Fighting over a girl is just something I don't see happening. It could happen, it's just very unlikely. Tori/Hunter stories could work, but it would be highly unlikely to find one where the author didn't mess up at least ONE of the characters in some way. And Kelly would understand, knowing they were like family to him, so yeah, I agree. She also knows them and is friends with them, so she would DEFINITELY understand. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #39 May 23rd 2007, 8:45am

JuseaPetersonReally? I love Dean too. I'd have to say he's my favorite, but Sam is cool too. And their brotherly love is another reason I love the show. We haven't seen Season 2's finale yet, it's soooo frustrating. It could happen, but you're right Blake and Hunter would worry more about their relationship. So true. The author is going to mess up a character so that the story will happen. Which is why I say that it CAN'T happen, because if the characters become OOC, then doesn't that mean that it wouldn't happen? Yeah. I mean I'm sure she might feel a little jealous or get kind of frustrated at the time it happens, but then she'd think and realize it and be fine. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #40 May 24th 2007, 5:59am

Tenshi of Light21Oh yeah. Sam's cool and all, but Dean's my fave :D If you've ever watched Dark Angel, he plays Alec on there. Cool series. But yeah, the brotherly love is heavy in that story.True. It likely wouldn't happen, but it is possible to make a good fic. Maybe with unusual pairings, but the writer would have to be a god when it came to writing or a genius in order to even find out how to make it work. I think she might get frustrated and upset after a while, but yeah, I agree with you. She'd think about it and be fine. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #41 May 24th 2007, 6:47am

JuseaPetersonThere's just something about Dean you know? I saw one episode of Dark Angel and Dean, well Jensen Ackles was in it. And Jorge Vargas too. I know. That's one of the sibling relationships that is my favorite.Yeah, that is definitely something that should be left up to the pros. Yeah. It would take a while, but that she'd understand, especially if she loved him. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #42 May 29th 2007, 7:07am

Tenshi of Light21Well that was one episode I don't remember. I'm sure I likely saw it, but I don't remember it :(Oh definitely. That's why they have that saying that love can conquer anything. I can easily see her staying with him no matter what. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #43 May 29th 2007, 11:46am

JuseaPetersonI don't really watch Dark Angel and that one I watched was the only one. It had to do with this guy who was different looking and people thought that he and all those like him should die. He liked this blind girl and when he was out at night two guys saw him and tried to hurt him. Jorge Vargas played one of the guys who tried to hurt the other guy.Yeah, even during the times that she would be jealous at the beginning she wouldn't leave him. Love can conquer anything if you allow it and she would allow it. Talk to you soon, again. :) | #44 May 30th 2007, 8:20am

Tenshi of Light21Oh I know that episode! I've seen it! The guy who looked different was Joshua, who was considered a failed experiment. I'm actually working on a fic (well it's in my list of fics LOL) where the Rangers have a run-in with a transgenic woman with feline DNA in her system, and I have a few comedic areas in there. It's a Hunter/OC fic, with Blake/Tori in the background.I don't remember much about the guys who tried to hurt Joshua, but it makes sense. I mean, I remember much of the episode, but not the guys. Definitely. It's the same with Blake and Tori. Look at how he used her in the beginning and got brainwashed and stuff, but they still fall for each other easily. What i don't get is, that Hunter said some nasty things to Blake under the influence of the spell and I don't see his brother getting over it that easily. I mean yeah, he'll forgive him, but get over it like that? I understand though that it's the show and they wouldn't go on about it in the show. Talk to you later. :) | #45 May 30th 2007, 12:36pm

|
JuseaPetersonYes. Joshua. He was an experiment! Cool. Sounds interesting. But yeah Jorge was one of the guys who ganged up on Joshua. It was sad. Understandable, I watched it to see Blake. Okay, that was sad I know, but I couldn't help it. I don't do it that much.Yeah, see I'd like to think that they talked a lot afterwards. I mean Blake forgiving him and Hunter accepting it, I think that it would be more of a private matter. Then again they seem to know each other so well than it makes you wonder, I mean they don't even question with certain things you know? Yeah and that's probably why it'd be behind the scenes, so... Talk to you later. :) | #46 May 30th 2007, 3:25pm

Tenshi of Light21I would watch the episode again just to see Jorge, but it's not sad. I think I'd watch just about anything, if it had Adam or Jorge in it.Yeah I know. Still though, it would've made for more depth in the series if they hased it out in the open. In 'private' for them would've been out alone, but I still think it would've been cool if they talked about it in the show. Yeah. Again, I just wished it had been during the show. But I do understand. :) Talk to you later. :) | #47 May 30th 2007, 3:30pm

|
JuseaPetersonOkay, good. When I said that I was kind of like, why would you watch it just to see him. But with both of them, they're not in many things anymore, which is really sad. I wonder why they aren't.You're right, it would have been better during the show and since they did focus on their relationship it would make sense for them to bring that into the picture, so now that I'm thinking about it, it's really weird that they didn't. Talk to you later. :) | #48 May 31st 2007, 10:13am

Tenshi of Light21Hmmm....well...ahve you noticed that a lot of PR actors haven been in much after the series they acted in? Sure, guest stars here and there, or another series, but nothing really big.Well it's not to much weird as it would've been nice. I mean, it's a kiddie show and there might've been a lot of angst if they went over it that children probably wouldn't have understood. Plus with their budget, they might not have thought about it, or maybe they just didn't wan or have time, to include it. It still would've been nice. Oh well, people can write fics about it. I actually have a Hunter/OC fic started that begins dwelling on that. Hunter left and got hurt, but can't seem to get out of his head how he knew he hurt his brother while under the spell. Talk to you later. :) | #49 May 31st 2007, 10:29am

JuseaPetersonI know. Well there are a couple who have gone onto other things, but you're right. I wonder why. I wonder if it's because other actors think they're a joke?True. They probably figured that kids would think it's all fine and that's it. Really? I think I've read a couple that talk about it. There's one author, I can't remember right now, but they have Blake/Hunter brother stories, and they're really good. Talk to you later. :) | #50 May 31st 2007, 1:37pm
